PROFESSIONAL CODE OF ETHICSThe NDBCE presently adopts the ethical standards of the American Counseling Association (ACA) as its code of ethics for the practice of professional counseling.The previous Code of Ethics was the 2005 Version. A new version has been approved through ACA, and this Board has adopted the most current version, ACA Code of Ethics 2014, under the Administrative Rules. Below you will find links to the previous ACA Code of Ethics 2005 and the newly adopted ACA Code of Ethics 2014. |
